Shipping Policy


All orders will be shipped using USPS (U.S. Mail) or UPS. Most orders are filled same day with the exception of out of stock items(i.e. occasionally DIY supplies) but we do ask to allow 1-3 business days for the processing of all standard NicVape orders. Made-to-order items such as liters of e-liquid may take up to 5 business days, but our goal is always to get them out faster! There are no processing time-frame guarantees but we will contact you via email if we expect more than 5 business days to ship your order. Please note NicVape’s shipping schedule (below) before placing any order for next day delivery, as orders placed after cut-off times will be filled the following business day.

NICVAPE SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Monday- Friday: Business hours are 8 am to 4:30 pm. Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days from order submission, but our goal is to ship same or next business day.

Saturday- Sunday: NicVape is closed and shipments will leave the facility in the order that they were received.

Once a package has been processed, you will not be able to track it until the first scan by the carrier. Please wait 24 hours before contacting Customer Service about a package’s tracking number being unidentified. Customer Service can be reached at 1-864-764-1879.

CANCELLED ORDERS

If your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If an order is refused and returned to us you are liable for all shipping costs including the return shipment fees.

USPS DOMESTIC

USPS re-uses tracking numbers and many take 24 hours to change over to the new shipment. USPS does not guarantee delivery times on any of their shipments. At check-out, customers are presented with an estimated delivery date. NicVape is not responsible for specific delivery dates and holds no responsibility once the package has left our facility. We cannot intercept any package being shipped through USPS. It’s the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping information the customer must pay for re-shipment. No refunds will be issued for incorrect shipping information. If a package has not been delivered or is delivered to the wrong address it is the consumer’s responsibility to contact USPS.

UPS DOMESTIC

All shipments being sent through UPS are insured and tracked. UPS guarantees delivery on all of their services aside from UPS Ground and 3-Day Select. We cannot intercept any package being shipped through UPS. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping information the customer must pay for re-shipment. UPS charges for returned packages, and the return fee will be added to the re-shipment fee. If a package has not been delivered or is delivered to the wrong address it is the consumer’s responsibility to contact UPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • NicVape has experienced issues when shipping certain countries, including but not limited to: Mexico, Canada, Greece, Indonesia, Italy, Turkey, Morocco and Brazil. Please proceed with caution! No refunds will be issued for orders refused by customs.
  • NicVape is not responsible for customs fees. It is the consumer’s responsibility to research customs fees for their country, and to pay any necessary fees that result from your shipment. Any package returned due to refusal will not be refunded.
  • The customer is responsible for the chosen carrier. NicVape holds no liability if the chosen carrier cannot move the shipment through Customs. It is the consumer’s responsibility to research which carriers have licenses for certain items. There will be no refunds for incorrect carrier selection.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to know your local and country’s laws regarding the importation of the products being ordered. If a package is seized by Customs or returned to us due to the receiving country’s rejection, no refund will be issued. NicVape holds no responsibility for international orders once they leave our facility.
  • NicVape will not alter Custom documents nor packaging labels. There are no exceptions! Please do not ask.
  • We do not guarantee any international delivery time frames. NicVape will not refund shipping costs of any kind due to delivery time.
  • NicVape cannot intercept any international delivery. Once the package has left our facility it will be shipped to the address given to us and no refund will be issued. It is the consumer’s responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address at time of order.
  • Customs processing time can vary and may impact delivery times. If you have not received your package, please contact your local Customs Department for assistance.
  • PLEASE PROVIDE AN ACCURATE E-MAIL ADDRESS! IT IS THE ONLY WAY WE CAN CONTACT INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS AND PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION.

USPS INTERNATIONAL

All shipments being sent USPS First Class International are not insured and cannot be tracked once the package leaves the United States. First Class International Mail should be approached with caution. Since the carrier does not offer insurance on First Class, you cannot file a claim! If a package is lost or stolen there is nothing USPS will do. NicVape recommends you use USPS Priority or Priority Express International since both are insured. Notes for the carrier cannot be left on First Class International Shipments. If you have special shipping instructions you must choose Priority or Priority Express.

Customers may contact USPS, the local post office or customs if they are concerned about their package’s location. USPS Priority or Express International are insured and traceable.
