Creating Large Fog...With a Pod System?

by | | 1 comment(s)

Many vapers agree that the pod system has revolutionized the way in which we vape, unlike any other innovation within the vaping industry. This convenient, satisfying and simple style has allowed countless individuals to enjoy unparalleled satisfaction thanks to its ability to deliver the perfect amount of nicotine with every puff.

However, there are still many sub-ohm enthusiasts who believe that switching to a pod system would stop them from being able to produce those fluffy clouds that they're accustomed to. If you're a chaser of dense, enormous fog, you might be surprised to learn that it is actually possible to create more vapor while using a pod mod.

When it comes to chasing clouds with your pod system, it's all about the hardware that you choose. As this style of vaping becomes increasing popular, more companies are producing high-tech pods that are capable of producing abundant, thick vapor.

There are certain things that need to be done to achieve some fog success:

Select the Right Device

If you want to blow big, fluffy clouds while enjoying the benefits of a portable, user-friendly vaping system, you must first invest in the right pod mod device. Today, there are many different pod systems on the market that are specially designed to give you the thick, luxurious vapor that you crave.

Find a device that comes with mouth-to-lung and direct lung modes. The direct lung mode will help you blow bigger, denser vape clouds.

Opt for a High-Capacity Battery

If you wanna get more vapor with each puff, you're going to need a battery that has a fairly high capacity. This will give the device the power that's required to evaporate more e-liquid with each hit.

Many pod mods have low-capacity batteries because they are meant to operate as mouth-to-lung, low-wattage devices. If you want to chase clouds with your pod system, look for a device that has a battery that's above 850mAh. The higher the capacity, the more success you'll have with your cloud-chasing game.

Select Your Coils Wisely

The key to chasing clouds with a pod device is choosing the right coils. Sub-ohm vaping systems utilize coils that are below one ohm in order to be compatible with the high wattage levels that these devices can reach. With a pod system, you want to choose a coil with a resistance level that's in the sub-ohm range.

Of course, you can only use a sub-ohm coil with a pod system if your device can accommodate that. Look for a pod that allows you to switch between different types of coils.

Choose the Right E-Juice

If you're going to chase clouds with a pod system, opt for a system that can take freebased e-liquid. This type of juice has a high level of vegetable glycerin (VG). Because VG is a highly viscous substance, your clouds will be larger and thicker.

Plus, salt-based nicotine is heavier than freebase nicotine. Therefore, it will interfere with your ability to chase those luxurious clouds that you're used to.

You Can still Create Some Awesome Clouds

As you can see, there's no reason why you can't blow impressive clouds while using a pod mod system. With the right hardware, your cloud-chasing dreams can come true.

I’m new to vaping, but have always loved the smoke output that caping gives (clouds). I’m looking at getting the voopoo drag mini with the pre installed battery. Is that a good choice for making clouds? Is there a better option? The guy at the shop told me that the drag mini was “top of the line”. To be honest I’m just looking for something that’s not too high maintenance (cause I do t know what I’m doing with them and don’t want to break a $120 investment) and something durable... I’m so lost! I’ve been all over town and have been told so many different things I don’t know who to believe.
