Our goal is to provide stellar customer service before, during, and after the sale. If you aren’t satisfied with your e-Liquid, simply contact NicVape’s Customer Care Team and we will exchange* your e-Liquid for another flavor you’d like to try. You can do this as many times as it takes to find that flavor that is right for you. (*You won’t be charged for the new product, but will need to pay for shipping.)

For products other than e-Liquids or E-Flavors, we will work to resolve any concerns you have during the exchange process. This may include replacing it with the same product or products of equal value.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your NicVape product within 60 days, please, contact our Customer Care Team to receive Return Authorization approval. We can be reached by phone Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm EST at 864-764-1801 or through email at customerservice@nicvape.com.

Due to the nature of our products, NicVape does not offer refunds and is unable to accept returns without prior authorization. Please contact us before shipping merchandise back to our corporate warehouse.
